Our Process

Our certified Technicians will arrive on the job site according to the scheduled time.
Our Qualified Technicians will be using Commercial Grade Equipment which is equal to 20,000 House Hold Vacuums.
In order to provide protection for your flooring, we lay down drop sheets as needed.
All vents are covered using Magnetic straps or close off before work has begun; in order to keep negative Air Pressure in the System, as this will avoid Blow backs.
The Technicians will install the Inferred - Camera into your main Duct line to start the LIVE video to show you the impact of every step of their cleaning.
Work begins in the furnace room.
The CFM Vacuum is attached to the Supply & Returns to all main lines.
High - Compressed Air Pressure is used to clean all Supply & Return vents.
Using a Brush, cleaning is done to all inner walls of the duct system and the main lines.
All of the main lines in the basement are cleaned with a Snake Jet System, a tool designed for corners and small areas (up to 300 PSI).
Halfway through the process, the Technicians will install the Inferred Camera into your Furnace system to show you the condition of the Furnace from the inside
Once all the work is finished, all areas of access are closed by installing black plugs and metal sheet plates which covers off openings for vacuum.
At the end, we sanitize your ducts.
The work area is ALL cleaned; in addition, the A/C is inspected in order to insure everything is working efficiently.

NOTES:

Any toys, children, pets, etc. should not be around our work areas. This is done in order to get rid of any safety hazards and create an easy-going environment for everyone.

Ans. The major problem with dirty ducts is that they are a breeding ground for a range of microbial, bacteria, pollutants, irritants, and allergens. HVAC duct cleaning can prevent the spread of pollutants through your house.

Q.2 Can HVAC Duct Cleaning Save Me Money on Energy?
Ans. A build up of dust, debris, and pollutants within the HVAC system means that it is put under increased pressure. Not all HVAC duct cleaning services use this chemical, though.

Ans. This varies depending on the size of the home and the layout of the ductwork. An average size home can take between 1 ½ and 2 ½ hours with two trained technicians.

Q.10 What are sanitizers and why would they need to be used?

Ans. Sanitizers are anti-microbial products applied to the interior surface of the air ducts, designed to control microbial contamination. Before any sanitizers are used, the system should be thoroughly cleaned. It is critical that any anti-microbial treatment used in your system be EPA registered for the intended use in HVAC system.
